Ben and Brent Klundert have now been building quality homes for over thirty five years; originally named Ben Klundert and Son Ltd, the company rebranded in 2001 as BK Cornerstone Design Build Ltd. Our team’s extensive knowledge in home building and dedication to quality has earned us recognition and respect within Windsor and Essex County! Our most notable subdivisions include Forrest Hill and Coopers Mill in Belle River, Kimball Estates in Essex, and Fairview Estates & Strawberry Gardens in LaSalle which together total more than 500 completed homes. As we progress through the next phases of Forest Hill, Coopers Mill, Fairview Estates and our newest development in Golfside Village in Kingsville, this number will grow to well over 1500 homes built since 2001. We are an active member of the Windsor Essex Homebuilder’s Association. We are also proud to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Association. We believe that a strong local, Provincial and National home builder association is the key to promoting the best interests of our customers and our community at the Municipal, Provincial and Federal levels of Government.
