The owner, Ben Klundert, believes strongly in traditional quality craftsmanship. While the styles, prices and fixtures of any home may vary, the superiority of the construction does not. BK Cornerstone is unique in that it directly employs many of the trades people that other contractors hire as “subs’ including electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers, flooring and trim carpenters, and painters. When Cornerstone does employ subcontractors many have been working for the company in excess of 10 years. The benefit to this work philosophy is that Cornerstone has been able to maintain consistent quality and scheduling which has helped to earn their reputation as a premium custom home builder.
